Fire and Rescue Technician I (Firefighter/EMT)

We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Fire and Rescue Technician I to join our team at Fire Station 3. As a vital member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for protecting life and property through fire suppression, emergency medical response, and community education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to emergency calls to suppress fires, rescue individuals, and provide medical assistance as an EMT.
- Performing firefighting duties including operating pumps, hoses, and other firefighting equipment.
- Conducting fire prevention and safety inspections to educate the community on fire safety and prevention measures.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with firefighting and EMS techniques.

Qualifications:
- Must be a certified EMT and Firefighter I/II through an accredited training program.
- Ability to work in high-stress and demanding environments, demonstrating excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong physical fitness and agility to perform firefighting and rescue tasks under intense conditions.
