LPN PRN Limited Opportunities

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate LPNs to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety. As an LPN with United Zion Retirement Community, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assisting with resident assessments and implementing care plans
  • Monitoring and documenting resident vital signs and health status
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or senior living setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional care to seniors
