As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for various residential and commercial properties. You will be working directly with our clients to ensure their HVAC systems are operating efficiently and effectively. Your primary duties will include:

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance and service of HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system problems
- Installing new HVAC systems
- Making recommendations to clients regarding HVAC system upgrades and replacements
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all service and repair activities

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- EPA Certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
