Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Sample Entry Analyst to join our client’s team in St. Louis, MO. You will be responsible for processing customer service requests, ensuring a positive customer experience, and entering samples into our laboratory information management system (LIMS). Top reasons to work with Adecco: Competitive pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hour Desirable shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to start Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to lift 20 lbs Previous experience with data entry and databases Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Science background preferred Responsibilities: Receive and process customer samples and service requests Enter sample and customer information into the LIMS Prioritize submitted samples Maintain a safe and organized work environment Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels Serve as a liaison between customers and NPAL personnel Assist customers with obtaining their analytical data Adhere to NPAL's management system Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
