About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals interested in serving as Sports Officials at South Salt Lake City Hall. As a Sports Official, you will play a crucial role in ensuring fair play and sportsmanship in various athletic events and activities hosted at our facility. You will be responsible for upholding the rules and regulations of different sports, officiating games, and fostering a positive and respectful environment for athletes and participants. Key Responsibilities

• Officiate and oversee athletic events and activities
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain fair competition
• Promote sportsmanship and respectful conduct among participants
• Communicate effectively with coaches, players, and spectators
• Assist in resolving disputes and conflicts during games
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of various sports and their rules
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Previous experience as a Sports Official or referee is a plus
