We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to delivering unmatched service quality to our valued customers. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups to maximize system efficiency and ensure optimal performance
• Efficiently communicate with customers to address their concerns, explain service recommendations, and provide cost estimates for repairs or replacements
• Complete all service tickets and necessary paperwork accurately and on-time
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling and prioritize service calls effectively
• Stay updated on the latest industry advancements and technological developments to deliver superior service and maintain technical expertise

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification preferred
• Proven experience as an HVAC service technician, with a strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, maintenance, and repairs
• Solid understanding of electrical and refrigeration systems
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
