Market price: $1,200 USDEst.

Hospice Aide, Family Hospice Canterbury Place In-patient hospice unit
Family Hospice Canterbury Place In-patient hospice unit is hiring a Hospice Aide for the team. Join a collaborative team, who work as an interdisciplinary group to support patients at the end of life. The unit is a 12 private bed unit with support from nursing team and physician.
The shifts are 12-hour shifts rotation 7 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and next week 7:00 am. to 7:00 p.m. Have ability to self-schedule with weekend, nights, and holidays included.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill agency responsibilities by completing all required forms accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate appropriately with the interdisciplinary IPU care team in a timely manner, reporting any changes in patient's condition to appropriate professional staff.
- Participate in all required agency meetings.
- Identify, develop and participate in process improvement opportunities within the home health agency that will enhance the quality of services we provide.
Salary:
$84,763 to $101,413
