Description: Job Title: Operations Project Manager Job Code: CS20221901-75480 Job Location: Salt Lake City, Utah L3Harris' Communication Systems segment is currently seeking an Operations Project Manager to join our team. This position will be based at our Salt Lake City, UT facility.

Position Overview: The Operations Project Manager will ensure schedule and cost conformance on assigned programs or projects in a high-energy environment supporting the procurement, build, test and repair of high performance data links. Will be the point-of-contact between elements of Manufacturing operations and the Quality, Engineering, and Program Management organizations on projects or major project elements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide schedule and financial planning and implementation including schedule inputs, procurement coordination, facilities and labor coordination, and reporting of scheduled technical and quality performance.
• Organize and direct personnel and subcontracts, material, and capital resources for procurement, build, test and repair.
• Primary interface and leadership through design, build, test, and delivery to achieve customer, program and company objectives.
• Reasonable judgment and decision-making ability to define and meet performance requirements.

Required (Basic) Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and/or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability in business and technical writing, public speaking, formal presentations, and cost accounting is desired.

Salary Range: $80K -- $100K

Minimum Qualification: Business Project Management, Operations Management

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
