As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems and performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. You will work closely with fellow team members and our valued clients to provide exceptional customer service and timely problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose system problems and perform repairs as needed
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC systems and components
- Document and report all repair and maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Follow safety protocols and industry regulations
- Maintain clean work area and equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Relevant certifications and licensure
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be willing to participate in training and professional development opportunities
