All Star Bowling & Entertainment - West Jordan

All Star Bowling & Entertainment is seeking an experienced General Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center. Our General Manager needs to be a responsible individual who can lead and manage a team while overseeing daily operations over all departments; bar, restaurant, bowling, and arcade. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all department managers and training team members, overseeing operations and guest experience including all areas of service, while ensuring that we deliver an exceptional product.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of management experience
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
• Proven operations background with exceptional leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Previous experience in managing budgets and labor
• Background in the restaurant/hospitality industry is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for our guests and team
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating team members
• Drive best practices through the organization and leads process improvement
• Address service or customer issues of an operational nature
• Hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, evaluating and disciplining team members
• Understanding and accountability for adherence to core standards, HR policies, training, safety requirements, and record-keeping
• Assist in achieving all labor goals through appropriate staffing levels and scheduling needs based on individual center needs
• Developing and overseeing employee training on POS, service protocols, and operational standards

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
