Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our experienced team to efficiently install HVAC systems according to project specifications and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to local codes and guidelines in all installation work.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry advancements and techniques to consistently deliver quality results.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and complete necessary paperwork.
- Uphold our company's strong reputation for reliability, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, preferably with a focus on residential installations.
- Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, practices, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
