• Provide one-on-one support and encouragement to residents who may need additional assistance.
• Escort residents to and from activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of residents' participation and progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized activity plans.
• Attend training and educational sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy, patience, and compassion for the elderly.
