Lammers Heating and Air is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Jackson, Michigan. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and servicing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. From start to finish, you will be involved in the complete installation process. You will work with our team to ensure that each system is installed accurately and efficiently, delivering high-quality workmanship and superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC installations according to customer needs and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure installations are completed on time, to the highest quality standards, and within budget constraints
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Effectively communicate with customers to explain technical information and provide solutions to their HVAC problems
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional image of the company
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays if needed
- Excellent time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
