Position: Dietary Aide HCC

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at Pruitthealth- Moncks Corner. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals that meet their specific dietary needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with dietary guidelines
• Ensure meals are presented in an attractive manner
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas
• Help with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with dietary team members to ensure excellent resident satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a dietary aide role or similar position preferred
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and handling techniques
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
