HVAC Installer

We are looking for qualified HVAC Installers to join our team at Haywood Heating and Air Conditioning. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Properly and safely install electrical wiring and equipment.
- Ensure all installed systems meet safety and quality standards.
- Conduct system tests to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise during installation or operation of HVAC systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with customers regarding installation status and any necessary repairs.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring and equipment.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, installation manuals, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
