Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Sullivan Heating & Cooling is a trusted leader in the HVAC industry, providing reliable heating and cooling solutions to customers in Perry, Georgia and the surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team and help us continue to provide top-quality service to our customers.
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of HVAC services, including installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Some of your primary responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
- Installing new HVAC systems
- Performing preventative maintenance on existing HVAC systems
- Responding to service calls from customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed
- Communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services
To be successful in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and be capable of working independently. You should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers. Additionally, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- EPA certification preferred
