Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Corman and Sons Air Conditioning and Heating, a leader in the HVAC industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Our company prides itself on providing top-notch service to residential and commercial customers in Eustis, Florida and surrounding areas.
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and installation services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work with a team of professionals who are committed to excellence in service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and ductwork.
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring proper sizing, placement, and functionality.
- Provide regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and prevent breakdowns.
- Respond to emergency repair calls and perform necessary repairs and replacements.
- Test and balance HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and time spent on each job.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
- EPA certification required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on call and respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours.
