Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Leroy Bowlin Htg & AC is a family-owned business that has been providing exceptional service to the Greenville, Mississippi community for years. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team and help us continue to provide quality service to our valued customers.
As an HVAC Service Technician at Leroy Bowlin Htg & AC, you will perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services by providing excellent customer service and timely solutions to their HVAC problems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments of HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Conduct routine maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Install, repair, and replace heating, cooling, and ventilation systems as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, recommended solutions, and provide estimates
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their components
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to HVAC systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work in various locations and environments as needed
- Valid driver's license
