Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician at M and M Heating and Air Conditioning Co, you will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems for our clients. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our customers receive top-quality and reliable services.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems with HVAC systems and make recommendations for repairs and replacement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by answering questions, providing solutions, and exceeding expectations to customers.
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment, as needed.
- Use digital devices to communicate with clients, update job information, and order equipment.
- Attend training classes on new equipment and technologies used in HVAC systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- Associate degree in HVAC or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, installation manuals, manufacturer's specifications, and technical instructions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use digital devices.
