The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $1,000 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 11 months
HR Generalist
Greenwood Village South is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an HR Generalist. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization's human resources activities and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions, managing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Support the performance management process by assisting with goal-setting, conducting performance reviews, and developing improvement plans.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and HR policy updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
