CNA Full Time Tenure Program
Our CNA Full Time Tenure Program offers a unique and rewarding opportunity for Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team and make a lasting difference in the lives of our residents. As part of this program, you will have the chance to develop your skills, work closely with experienced healthcare professionals, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
As a CNA in our Full Time Tenure Program, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' conditions
- Administering medication under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assisting with the implementation of residents' care plans
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
