Action Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Crossville, Tennessee. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will be working on various projects, ensuring that the heating and cooling systems are installed correctly, according to specifications, and are working efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair. You should be detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment. You should also have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to read blueprints, and knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant lines and electrical components
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve any issues
- Comply with safety standards and industry regulations
- Provide excellent customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance and repair work
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
