Adecco is currently hiring for a 1st shift Post-Closer for a client company located in Lancaster PA. This is an 8am-5pm Monday - Friday role paying $16-$18 depending on experience. Temp-to-hire with growth opportunity. DUTIES: Responsibilities for this Post-Closer role include: • Assists Closing Agent to prep documents/details for Closing transactions. • Preparing documents for Buyers/Sellers/Lenders. • Prepare documents for Title Company. • Maintaining the closing calendar. • Sending out settlement notices. • Communicate with all parties involved in Closing transactions. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Must be detailed oriented Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
