Mid-Florida Heating & Air, LLC is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Ocala, Florida. As one of the most trusted HVAC service providers throughout Gainesville and the surrounding regions, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable heating and AC services backed by over 38 years of experience.
As a HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in helping us continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment for both residential and commercial customers. You will work closely with our team of sales professionals and service technicians to ensure each and every one of our customers has an outstanding experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ductwork, and ventilation
- Conducting routine inspections to detect and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
- Installing and performing maintenance on replacement parts
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing all customer concerns and questions
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and hours worked
- Ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Certification/license in HVAC installation or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC installation or related field
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate hand/power tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call rotation when needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
