Job Overview

We are offering a $7,000 sign-on bonus for newly hired FT, RN Unit Manager. Sign-on bonus offer will expire on 3/31/2024. Work Monday - Friday! We offer a nurse loan repayment or tuition reimbursement program for our full-time employees. This full-time position includes paid holidays and PTO. We have an awesome team to join!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work together with the Director of Nursing to:
  • Ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families
  • Create and maintain great employee relationships among the staff in their unit
  • Attract and retain top-performing, talented team members
  • Supervise and career coach existing team members within their assigned unit

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Must have stable work history, dedication, and commitment to lead our healthcare team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships
