HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including but not limited to: furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, ductless systems, and more. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems, such as cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating mechanical components
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems, identifying the root cause of problems and recommending appropriate solutions
- Install and replace HVAC equipment, including but not limited to: air handlers, condensers, compressors, and thermostats
- Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of HVAC systems, as well as providing recommendations for upgrades and replacements
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including time spent, parts used, and customer interactions
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components, as well as electrical and refrigeration systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, as well as manage time effectively
