Job Description: HVAC Installer
E & H Refrigeration, a reputable company based in Martin, Tennessee, is seeking a highly qualified HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer at E & H Refrigeration, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who is passionate about the industry and committed to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and standards
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal system placement and configuration
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to manage project timelines and deadlines
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system malfunctions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in HVAC or a related field is an asset
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, with a deep understanding of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
