Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our Nutrition Services team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the dietary staff in the preparation and serving of meals to our residents.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks.

- Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines.

- Ensure that meals are served on time and in accordance with dietary restrictions.

- Clean and maintain the kitchen and dining areas.

- Stock and organize supplies as needed.

- Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations.

- Assist residents with their dining needs, including setting up tables and providing any necessary assistance during meals.

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.
