Baylor Program RN, LPN, CNA

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our Baylor Program team as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). In this role, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' health status

- Developing and implementing individualized care plans

- Administering medications and treatments

- Monitoring and documenting residents' conditions

- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating

- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members

- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications:

- Valid RN/LPN/CNA license in the state of [State]
