Job Description: HVAC Installer at Hagler Heating and Cooling
As an HVAC Installer at Hagler Heating and Cooling, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and help us achieve our goal of providing our clients with exceptional service. We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our customers.
As an HVAC Installer, you will work with our team of professionals to install and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Your primary responsibilities will include installing HVAC systems in new constructions as well as replacing and upgrading the existing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical wiring.
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to ensure efficient installations.
- Repair and upgrade existing HVAC systems, including troubleshooting potential issues, replacing parts, and improving performance.
- Communicate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Continuously improve your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
