As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a variety of HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, and ventilation. You will work independently while also collaborating with our team of technicians and customer service representatives to ensure our customers receive the best service possible.
Responsibilities:
- Install, diagnose, repair and service HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns
- Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Identify opportunities for upselling and promoting our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting methods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
