Job Description

Bloomfield Care Center is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Givers. In this position, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

• No license required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work well in a team
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
