As the frontline ambassador of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively and efficiently addressing inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in coordinating and maintaining access control by monitoring visitor registration and issuing appropriate identification badges.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using a multi-line phone system, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant computer applications.
- A caring and empathetic nature, with the ability to demonstrate patience and compassion while engaging with residents, visitors, and staff.
- Professional appearance and professional conduct at all times.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
