Atlantic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, a leading provider of HVAC services to both residential and commercial clients, is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Lewes Delaware. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems at our clients' locations.

Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, electrical wiring, and other components
• Conduct proper system startup and commissioning
• Understand and follow blueprints and schematics
• Test and balance systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency
• Collaborate with other team members, including project managers and engineers

Requirements:

• Three or more years of relevant experience in HVAC installation
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Must have basic hand tools and power tools
