Job Description: HVAC Installer
True Blue Heating & Cooling is a leading provider of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team.
As an HVAC Installer at True Blue Heating & Cooling, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. You will be working in both indoor and outdoor settings, in different weather conditions, and will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in your work.
Key responsibilities:
- Install new and replace old heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including ductwork and wiring
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and make repairs as necessary
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and workmanship
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard
- Maintain accurate records of job information and expenses
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience installing HVAC systems
- Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
