As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work alongside our experienced team and use your expertise to handle job duties including, but not limited to:
- Installing and mounting air conditioning units, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Connecting ducts, wiring, refrigerant lines, and water supply lines
- Performing preventive and routine maintenance on installed systems
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC systems
- Following safety protocols and adhering to company policies

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license
- EPA certification preferred
- Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
