Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
At Woodard Cooling and Heating, we are dedicated to providing quality HVAC services to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Henderson, Kentucky.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team of skilled professionals to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting maintenance and repair services according to company policies and procedures
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment malfunctions
- Installing new HVAC systems and components
- Completing job orders and paperwork
- Maintaining accurate records of services performed and time spent
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicating effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC-related field
- EPA certification
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
