Chapel Pointe At Carlisle is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents' nutritional needs and ensuring they receive high-quality dining experiences.

Responsibilities
As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals following dietary guidelines and therapeutic diets
- Delivering meals to residents' rooms and dining areas
- Setting up dining areas, including cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs
- Assisting residents with their dining needs, including cutting food and pouring beverages
- Monitoring residents' dietary restrictions and reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff
- Following proper food handling and safety protocols
- Contributing to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Assisting with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure optimal resident satisfaction
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a dietary or food service setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and empathy towards older adults
