Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $3,500 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 5 months

Responsibilities

Maintain updates, provide training, and act as an advisor on the following software packages:

  • Procore
  • Microsoft Project
  • BlueBeam

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft BI via Procore Analytics and other business intelligence tools to assist in organization decision making.

Research and develop Internal Reports & Analytics for current and future programs and meet with Department heads to determine needs.

Develop, manage, and maintain reporting via Monday.com throughout different levels of the organization.

Review company procedures and research and recommend ways to improve and expedite workflows.

Provide backup support to Technical Operations Manager.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science, business, or engineering.
  • At least (3) years of industry related knowledge.
  • MS Outlook – Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management.
  • Proven ability to present clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and within team environments.
  • Strong ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
  • Industry experience is recommended but not required.
