Requirements:
- Must possess an Associates Degree
- At least 1 years of previous Social Work experience preferred
- At least 1 year of Long Term Care experience is required

As the Social Services/Human Services Assistant, you will work with the resident and families to assist in providing services and ensure they have access to the services to meet their needs.
