Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their dignity and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
• Document resident care and observations accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of [insert state].
