Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Prescott Valley, Arizona. As our HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch HVAC services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting HVAC system installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including replacing filters, cleaning ducts, checking refrigerant levels, and tightening electrical connections
- Troubleshooting HVAC system issues and performing repairs as needed
- Testing HVAC system performance and ensuring systems are operating efficiently and effectively
- Recommending upgrades or modifications to HVAC systems to improve performance and energy efficiency
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational or technical training in HVAC systems
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as EPA 608 Certification and NATE Certification
- Proven experience in HVAC services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information in an understandable manner
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
