The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $6,900 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months

Job Overview:
We at Joyners Heating and Air Conditioning are in search of a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Review building plans and specifications to determine the appropriate installation procedures
- Connect systems to water lines, gas lines, and air ducts
- Conduct performance tests on installed systems
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems
- Provide customers with information on how to operate and maintain their systems
- Ensure all work adheres to the company's quality standards and safety procedures
- Keep up-to-date with all HVAC industry best practices and new technologies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience installing and repairing HVAC systems
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
