Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting systems and providing recommendations for repairs and replacements when needed. Your daily duties will include inspecting and testing systems, replacing or repairing defective components, installing new systems, and ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- HVAC technician certification or completion of a training program
- Minimum of 3-years experience in HVAC service and maintenance
- Familiarity with HVAC system design and installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays on occasion
