HVAC Installer

We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Simsbury, Connecticut.

As a HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems such as furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and ventilation systems. You will also be responsible for completing jobs on time while ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems according to plans and specifications
- Perform load calculations and determine the correct sizing of equipment
- Interpret blueprints and schematics
- Install and troubleshoot electrical wiring and controls
- Test equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation
- Attend all required training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and techniques

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
