Job Description - HVAC Installer at East Texas Refrigeration ETR
We at East Texas Refrigeration ETR are looking for a skilled, dedicated, and proactive HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at our clients’ residential and commercial properties. You will be based out of our Tyler Texas office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems based on specifications and blueprints.
- Ensure all work is completed within timelines and budget while maintaining high quality.
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work done and equipment used.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering their queries.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Experience in installing a range of HVAC systems at both residential and commercial properties.
- Knowledge of HVAC safety procedures and regulations.
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
