Buffington Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units for our commercial and residential customers.
As a member of our team, you will:
• Utilize your knowledge of HVAC systems to diagnose equipment problems and provide accurate and efficient repairs.
• Provide outstanding customer service by building lasting relationships with clients, offering solutions to their HVAC issues and providing guidance for future maintenance needs.
• Install and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring that they are functioning at their maximum capacity.
• Accurately document all work performed and parts used in our management software systems.
• Provide clear and concise communication with all customers, and promote a positive culture throughout the company.
Requirements:
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• All candidates must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Candidates must also have a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• A current license for HVAC is preferred, but not required.
