As an HVAC Service Technician with R. A. Dobson, Inc., you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of equipment, including air conditioning units, boilers, heat pumps, and furnaces.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including filter replacement, lubrication, and cleaning
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
- Provide customers with information and options for repair or replacement of HVAC equipment
- Install and replace HVAC equipment, when necessary
- Collaborate with team members on more complex repairs and installations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Document work via digital and paper systems

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
- Experience repairing and maintaining HVAC equipment
- EPA certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations
