Job Description: HVAC Installer

As an HVAC Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Your primary responsibility will be to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems. You will also provide technical support to our customers through consultation and education.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC installations
- Familiarity with HVAC installation tools and equipment
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all installation projects are completed on time and within budget
- Consult with clients on proper use and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and projects
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in training and continuing education to improve technical skills
