Unit Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall care of residents within the unit
- Supervise and direct nursing staff in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive care plan for each resident
- Provide leadership and support for nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and practices
Qualifications:
- Current RN license, BSN preferred
- Previous relevant healthcare experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
